Sienna was commissioned by The Royal Botanical Gardens in Burlington, ON, Canada to create an immersive installation title ‘A Portal Blooms in the Cradle of Night’ for the spring exhibition open February 1st - March 30th, 2025.

This sustainably-made immersive installation invites viewers to step inside the artwork and experience a vividly imagined alternate world. The installation combines tactile soft sculptures, soundscapes, and lighting design to engage the senses and provoke a sense of wonder and exploration while fostering a deep connection between viewers and their surroundings, blurring the lines between reality and fantasy.
